Who we are
Huby Sales is the checkout we use to sell our own digital learning products. It is operated by Natus Prime LLC (United States) — “we”, “us” in this policy.
This policy covers this website and our checkout pages. Each checkout page names the company that sells that product and links to a privacy policy for it; if the two ever differ, the one on the checkout page applies to that purchase.

Data we collect
We collect only what we need to sell, deliver and support a product:
- Contact details you type at checkout: name, email address and, if you choose to give it, phone number.
- Order details: the product, price, currency, date, payment status and any refund or cancellation.
- Campaign information: the UTM tags and similar parameters in the link that brought you to the checkout (for example, which ad you clicked).
- Technical visit data: such as IP address and browser, used for security and fraud prevention.
We never receive your card details. Card numbers are typed into fields provided by our payment processors, Stripe or Whop, and go straight to them. Our servers never see or store card numbers; we only receive the result of the payment.
How we use it
- To process your payment and deliver access to the product you bought.
- To send emails about your purchase, such as the receipt and your access link.
- To answer support requests and process refunds and cancellations.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To learn which of our ads lead to sales.
- If you enter your details but don’t finish the purchase, we may send a few emails to help you complete it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and measurement
On checkout pages we use ad measurement tools (such as the Meta pixel) to learn which ads generate sales. For this we send purchase data to Meta with your email address hashed (encoded, not readable).
We also use an anti-bot check by Cloudflare to protect payments against fraud.
This website (hubysales.com) sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. Details in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run a purchase, and only what each one needs:
- Payment processors: Stripe and Whop.
- Our members app, where you access the product.
- Our email delivery provider and our hosting provider.
- Cloudflare (anti-bot protection).
- Ad measurement and campaign analytics tools, such as Meta.
- Automation tools we use to deliver and track orders.
We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose data when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete the rest at any time.
Security
All pages run over HTTPS, payment keys are encrypted at rest, access to our systems is restricted and every admin action is logged.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link. We reply within 2 business days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them.
Children
Purchases must be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International processing
We and our service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
